More Support System Upgrades

We're pleased to announce that we have finished upgrades of our support system.  This system provides many new capabilities and useful tools including a Knowledgebase system, Troubleshooter and in-depth support ticket management.  These enhancements will provide an easier and quicker means to obtain support for your HiFi products.

This new system will be the exclusive means of obtaining Technical and Order support, and requires a Support Center account created.  Products are automatically registered during the account setup process.  Once registered, you can e-mail our Support Department at any time (or use the online system) for rapid response and integrated knowledgebase resources.
