We’ve been hard at working piecing together a plan that would provide convenience and value to our customers who are upgrading, while also being technically feasible and manageable by us and our vendors. We examined multiple pricing levels, date-of-purchase-dependent discounts, blanket discounts and just about every other option you can think of. In the end, we decided on a very simple approach that should hopefully satisfy most everyone and provide an excellent value, while also rewarding our loyal latest-version customers.
